Returns

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging for a return to be accepted.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Return shipping is not covered unless the item is faulty.

We will respond within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
