Orders are processed with care and dispatched within two to four business days. Once your parcel begins its journey, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier handling your order.

If your parcel is delayed or does not arrive as expected, contact us at moments@oramalbela.com with your order number and we will assist you. We do not take responsibility for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues, but we will always help you navigate the process.

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability and fulfilment location. All shipments are packed securely to protect the contents during transit.
